Child rapist, 24, who was deported but illegally returned to Britain is recaptured after trying to claim benefits

Sebastian Pavel Baltatu, a 24-year-old child rapist and member of a Romanian grooming gang, has been recaptured in Britain after illegally returning to the country. He had previously been jailed for three years for raping a child under the age of 13 in 2019.
